  • Welcome to EasyGrow, a tool designed to help users schedule and publish TikTok videos, discover trending hashtags, and engage with their audience through the TikTok API. By using EasyGrow ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

  • 1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using EasyGrow, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  • 2. Use of the Application

  • EasyGrow allows users to:

  • - Schedule and publish videos to TikTok using the TikTok API.

  • - Discover trending hashtags and sounds to enhance content visibility.

  • - Engage with other TikTok users through likes and comments in compliance with TikTok’s policies.

  • You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in a manner that complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, API Terms of Use, and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

  • 3. Prohibited Activities

  • You may not use EasyGrow to:

  • - Violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines or API policies.

  • - Engage in spamming, mass messaging, or other disruptive activities.

  • - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, TikTok, or any related systems.

  • - Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • 4. Account and Security

  • To use EasyGrow, you must provide accurate TikTok account information for API authorization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at femmefavesforheronly@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

  • 5. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided by EasyGrow, including software and documentation, are owned by EasyGrow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Application without prior written consent.

  • 6. Limitation of Liability

  • EasyGrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyGrow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

  • 7. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EasyGrow at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Application or TikTok’s platform.

  • 8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lourdes, France.
